Our team is backed by internal staff, a call center team, and
external independent contractors, including our disposition
specialists (the "ninjas”). We maintain a flat management structure
with strict results-based compensation. We also have hundreds of
relationships with varying types of vendors that offer value-added
services to the REO market, such as attorneys, title firms, escrow
agents, appraisers, AVM valuation firms, contractors, realtors,
mortgage loan officers, etc.
