REO Solutions USA, Inc. was founded in 2009 to centralize in one company a range of services to residential REO investors. The company draws on the decades of experience of its principals in the real estate, mortgage banking and capital markets.

Our affiliate, ALRA Solutions USA, Inc., was launched in 2008. It is run by the same principals and specializes in servicing Contract for Deed (‘CFD”) portfolios.
