REO Solutions USA provides clients turnkey or a la carte services in locating, acquiring, managing and exiting residential REO portfolios in the United States. Our affiliate REO Mortgage provides clients turnkey services as manager of residential Contract for Deed (land contract) portfolios.
Our firm specializes in the low price point segment of the
residential REO market. This lucrative segment is where $1 of a
property’s realizable equity value can currently be purchased for
$0.25 or less on a portfolio basis. Portfolios that meet this and
other criteria are generally concentrated in the Midwest, South,
Southeast and Mid-Atlantic states.
We offer clients or joint venture partners a unique, proprietary
REO Monetization Program (“Program”)
developed by our principals. Our Program has four strategies
that capitalize on this historic real estate market opportunity,
capturing anomalistic REO prices offered by banks. These Strategies
monetize part of the realizable equity value of target properties
over varying time spans.
Although we do not have a crystal ball and cannot predict how long
banks will continue offering bulk REOs to the market at unprecedented
prices, we do know that this current cycle will eventually end.
